(Ankabooth ) 29 : 6
وَمَنْ جَاهَدَ فَإِنَّمَا يُجَاهِدُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَغَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَ
And whoever does Jihad only does It for his sake; indeed, Lord Allah is free of all needs from all worlds.
It is told in verses 35: 15-17: “Oh mankind, you are those in need of Lord, while Lord is the Self-sufficient, the Self-praiseworthy; if He wishes, He can wipeout you and can bring forth a new creation, and that is not difficult for the Lord”. Today, Adhikr is codified as the Safeguard, so the Lord has become the Impartial. Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world and there is no Jihad with weapons, the odd believer is commanded to do Jihad with Adhikr against the Kuffar and hypocrites as explained in verse 9: 73.
